These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "You") and Waze33 (hereinafter "Waze33", "the Platform", "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at waze33.cam.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Waze33 platform — including but not limited to sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, lottery products, arcade titles, and any associated promotional offers — you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• You meet all eligibility requirements as defined herein;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.

These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail. This document was last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersedes all prior versions.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Account

  The registered user account created on the Waze33 platform, associated with a unique username, password, and verified identity.

• Balance

  The total MYR value held in a Player's Waze33 account, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus amounts.

• Bonus

  Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or enhanced deposit match awarded by Waze33 to a Player, subject to wagering requirements and promotional terms.

• KYC (Know Your Customer)

  The identity verification process by which Waze33 confirms a Player's identity, age, and source of funds, typically requiring government-issued identification and proof of address.

• Platform

  The Waze33 online gambling service accessible via waze33.cam, including all games, betting markets, payment systems, and ancillary features.

• Wagering Requirement

  Also referred to as "rollover" — the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered in eligible games before it can be withdrawn as real-money funds.

• MYR / RM

  Malaysian Ringgit — the sole currency in which Waze33 accounts are denominated. All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in MYR.

• Prohibited Jurisdiction

  Any country, territory, or region in which access to online gambling services is prohibited or restricted by applicable law, as updated by Waze33 from time to time.

Registration and use of the Waze33 platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

To register an account on Waze33, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: your legal full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information as necessary.

Waze33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Commonly requested documents include:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., MyKad, passport);
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement issued within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet or bank account showing your name);
• Source of funds declaration for high-value accounts, where required.

Waze33 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an account pending verification if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the information provided is false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

Waze33 accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels, all denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay;
• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect;
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange);
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), BNB.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallet and DuitNow channels, and RM50 for bank transfer methods. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of MYR 30 at current market exchange rates. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier; please refer to the deposit page for current limits.

Waze33 does not charge fees on deposits from approved payment methods. However, third-party fees (e.g., network fees for cryptocurrency transactions) are the responsibility of the Player and are beyond Waze33's control.

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification;
• No active wagering requirements are outstanding on the funds being withdrawn;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where this is not technically possible.

Waze33 targets the following processing timelines for verified accounts:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet / Boost / GrabPay / DuitNow: Within 15 minutes;
• FPX / Bank Transfer: 5–60 minutes, subject to banking hours;
• Cryptocurrency: 15–60 minutes, subject to network confirmation times.

Waze33 reserves the right to conduct additional security and compliance checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if a withdrawal is placed on hold for review. Waze33 does not impose withdrawal fees, though third-party fees may apply for cryptocurrency withdrawals.

Waze33 offers various promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

Waze33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players will be given reasonable notice of material changes to ongoing promotions.

All bets and gaming sessions on Waze33 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform:

• All bets are final once accepted by the platform. Bets cannot be cancelled, changed, or voided by the Player after acceptance unless the specific rules of a market permit cash-out;
• Waze33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of match-fixing, suspicious activity, or where odds were published in error;
• In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session, the outcome of any game round already completed at the time of failure will stand. Waze33's records constitute the final source of truth for disputed outcomes;
• Maximum bet and maximum win limits apply to all markets and game titles. Limits are displayed on the relevant market or game page;
• Waze33 offers in-play (live) betting on selected sports markets including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other events. In-play odds are updated in real time and are subject to suspension during key match events (e.g., goals, red cards, VAR reviews).

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider trading in relation to sporting events or casino outcomes;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors, or loopholes in the platform;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith;
• Sharing account access with third parties or operating accounts on behalf of others;
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location.

All content on the Waze33 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game content, software, graphics, text, design elements, and database structures — is the intellectual property of Waze33 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, perform, publish, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without express prior written consent from Waze33.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Waze33 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform;
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or third-party service disruptions beyond Waze33's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials;
• Any content or services provided by third-party game providers integrated into the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Waze33's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by Waze33's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Waze33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at configurable intervals during active gaming sessions;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from all Waze33 marketing. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

Waze33 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. If you suspect that a minor is attempting to access the platform, please contact our support team immediately.

Your use of the Waze33 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how Waze33 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in connection with your use of the platform.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, you must cease use of the platform.

Waze33 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity;
• A chargeback request, payment dispute, or reversal has been initiated by the Player;
• Waze33 ceases to offer services in a particular jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Waze33 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and to withhold the withdrawal of funds pending a compliance review. Real-money balances not implicated in prohibited activity will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following the completion of any review.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player; bonus balances will be forfeited.

Waze33 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, Waze33 will provide reasonable advance notice via a platform notice, email, or both. Non-material changes (e.g., clarifications, typographical corrections) may be made without specific notification.

Your continued use of the Waze33 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and Waze33 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct negotiation in the first instance.

Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, or — where arbitration is not available or enforceable — to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing territory. Waze33 will communicate the governing jurisdiction to Players upon request.
